Whiz mate is a program designed to give guests staying at Intiwhiz Hospitality Management Hotels (Whiz Luxe Hotel, Grand Whiz Hotel, Whiz Prime Hotel, Whiz Hotel, Whiz Capsule Hotel, Swift Inn Aeropolis) great rewards through special privileges and various benefits

1. Visit http://www.whiz-mate.id and click the menu sign up.
2. Fill out the membership registration form with name, e-mail, and desired password.
3. The validation link will be forwarded to the registered e-mail. Guests are required to click that link to verify their account.
4. After the validation is completed, click the menu log in to view member dashboard. In it guests can view various information such as their membership number and their electronic membership details

1. Visit the Intiwhiz website, select the desired Hotel and the reservation period before entering the membership number
2. Guest will receive discounted rate appropriate to their membership level
3. Reward points will automatically be given after the reservation process is completed

1. Guest visit the desired Hotel directly.
2. Guest will then show the Electronic Card available from logging in to the E-Card menu in www.whiz-mate.id  to the receptionist.
3. Guest will receive discounted rate appropriate to their membership level.
4. Reward points will automatically be given after the reservation process is completed. 

Points will be rewarded in every reservation (per room per night)

• Whiz Luxe, Grand Whiz Hotel : 10 points
• Whiz Hotel, Whiz Prime Hotel, and Swift Inn : 5 Points
• Whiz Capsule : 3 Points

Terms and Conditions

*) E-Voucher is valid for 1 (one) night stay at Standard or Superior Room inclusive of breakfast for 2 (two) persons

*) E-Voucher is valid for 1 (one) night stay at Capsule Hotel not include breakfast (room only) and for 1 (one) person

*) E-Voucher is Valid for 3 (three) months and not valid for high season period

*) Reservation 7 (seven) days in prior is a must

*) Upgrade Room Type is based on Room Availibility with maximum Deluxe Room Type

*) Any Cancellation made maximum 2 (two) days before Arrival.

*) No Show without information the voucher will be invalid.

1. Log into www.whiz-mate.id to view the member dashboard and click the Redeem button.
2. Select the desired available rewards.  
3. Select the desired Hotel and the resevation period.
4. The reward points request will be forwarded automatically to the chosen Hotel via e-mail.
5. Once the Hotel approves the request, guest will then receive confirmation via their registered e-mail. 

1. Guests that do not make any reservation in the period of 1 year after their membership is approved will lose their membership and must re-register in order to enjoy the available benefits.
2. Gray and/or White members that reserve less than 8 times in the period of 1 year will have their membership downgraded to Green.
3. Gray and/or White members that do not make any reservation in the period of 1 year will lose any reward points that they have accrued.
4. Reward points cannot be combined between members.
5. Reward points cannot be cashed.
